Ben Farnsworth is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and CFA charter holder with experience in business analytics, pricing, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modeling across Group Benefits, Long Term Care, Annuities, and Life Insurance. Ben is passionate about leading highly productive teams and developing innovative solutions to help drive business value and deliver results enabled by collaborative leadership, innovative technology, and focused execution.

Brenna Gardino has an extensive background on product topics, including leading administration and implementation, product development and product management. With over 20 years of Actuarial experience, she has significant modeling knowledge and systems expertise, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Brenna is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow, Life Management Institute.

Sean Hayward is the Go-to-Market Lead for the Life Insurance industry at Coherent. With over 20 years of actuarial experience in both traditional and non-traditional roles, he currently partners with customers on the actuarial development for Coherent Spark in the US and Canada. Sean has an extensive background in developing annuity products, financial modeling, system development, and broader system architecture projects. Throughout his career he has worked with global firms including Deloitte, FIS, Allianz, GGY AXIS, and Ameriprise.

Nancy Bush is a seasoned insurance industry veteran with a successful track record transforming operations through technology at small startups and Fortune 500 companies, such as Liberty Mutual and Fidelity Investments. She currently leads the Insurance and Retirement Pre-Sales Engineering Team at Coherent. Prior to joining Coherent, she served at two insurtech startups enabling digital transformation across the life insurance industry.
