Isabel leads Coherent’s Customer Success team.  She is passionate about helping our insurance clients to solve for business problems and find new opportunities to transform. She is excited about accelerating our customers’ success.  In collaboration with other teams, her goal is to bring the full power of Coherent to help customers achieve business value faster and work more effectively.

A seasoned executive with 15+ years of management consulting experience across Asia Pacific and North America, Isabel has been instrumental in designing and delivering large-scale global programmes. Prior to joining Coherent, Isabel led the Digital practice for Capco Hong Kong.  She also held various senior management positions at Deloitte Consulting US and PwC Asia Pacific.

Isabel believes in leveling the playing field by making insurance more accessible to Asian consumers.  Throughout her career, Isabel has never lost her drive to collaborate with teams and champion diversity.
